摘 要：文章首先分析了基于标签构建自主教育资源推荐算法的应用意义，从学习环境构建、学习资源完善以及信息检索速度提升三方面进行。其次重点论述在标签基础上构建自助教育资源推荐算法的有效措施，以及实现自助教育资源推荐的关键流程控制，可以作为教育资源推荐算法应用的理论参照。

Abstract：Firstly，the paper analyses the application significance of label-based autonomous education resource recommendationalgorithm，which includes the construction of learning environment，the improvement of learning resources and the improvement ofinformation retrieval speed. Secondly，it focuses on the effective measures of constructing self-service education resource recommendationalgorithm based on label，and the key process control of self-service education resource recommendation，which can be used as atheoretical reference for the application of education resource recommendation algorithm.
