摘 要：党的十八大以来，国家高度重视知识产权工作，这使高校知识产权事业迎来前所未有的机遇。通过对已建设知识产权信息服务平台的 9 所河南省高校进行网络调查，了解目前该项服务开展的现状，分析存在的问题，从规章制度、资源建设、人才引进等几个方面提出建议。以期促进河南省高校知识产权信息服务水平的提升，助力建设知识产权强国计划。

Analysis of the Status of Intellectual Property Information Services of Universities in Henan Province

Abstract：Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC，China has attached great importance to intellectual property work，this is an unprecedented opportunity for the development of intellectual property in universities. Through an online survey of 9 universities in Henan Province that have built an intellectual property information service platform，they can grasp the current status of the service，analyze the existing problems，and make suggestions in terms of regulations，resource construction，and talent introduction. It is expected to promote the improvement of the level of intellectual property information services of colleges and universities in Henan Province，and to help build a plan to strengthen the country with intellectual property.
