摘 要：近年来信息技术迅猛发展，IT 团队开发迭代时效性要求越来越高，技术迭代速度也在提高，作为IT 开发团队的雏形学生开发团队的压力也随之增加。在这一背景下，学生团队急需一个团队协作软件或工具来辅助学生项目的开展，为此设计出了WorkLog 团队协作平台。该平台为用户提供个人、团队项目管理和团队考核等功能，是一款侧重于学生设计和研发的管理工具，同时也是为广大用户提供了一个轻巧便捷、高效性能的团队协作平台。

Design and Implementation of Team Cooperation Platform
——Take WorkLog Platform as an Example

Abstract：In recent years，with the rapid development of information technology，IT team development iteration timeliness requirements are getting higher and higher. The speed of technology iteration is also accelerating. The pressure of the student development team as the prototype of the IT development team is also increasing. In this context，the student team urgently needs a team collaboration software or tool to assist in the development of student projects. For this reason，a WorkLog team collaboration platform is designed. The provides users with individual，team project management，team assessment and other functions. It is a management tool focused on the development and development of students. It is also a lightweight，convenient，and efficient team collaboration platform for users.
