摘 要：文章立足于建立农民、农药销售商和农医三者沟通交流的线上平台——农产品智慧问医服务平台，让线上答疑交流＋线下服务更加顺畅。根据三种不同角色用户身份和不同的使用目的，提出了农产品智慧问医服务平台的三种使用界面：农民使用界面、农医使用界面和农药销售商使用界面。农产品智慧问医平台设计能够促进农产品信息化、服务化、商品化、智能化的“四化”变革，实现农产品智慧问医交流方式的变革，推动农业的持续快速发展。

Design and Development of Intelligent Medical Service Platform System for Agricultural Products

Abstract: This paper is based on the establishment of an online platform for communication among farmers, pesticide sellers and agricultural doctors—agricultural products intelligent medical service platform, so as to make the online answering question and communication + offline service more smooth. According to the user identities of three different roles and different use purposes, three user interfaces of agricultural product intelligent medical service platform are proposed: farmer user interface, agricultural medical user interface and pesticide seller interface. The design of the agricultural product intelligent medical service platform can promote the“four modernizations”transformation of agricultural product informatization, service, commercialization and intelligence, realize the transformation of agricultural product intelligent medical communication mode, and promote the sustainable and rapid development of agriculture.
