摘 要:对物联网、云计算、移动互联、视频分析等新一代信息技术在中国(上海)自由贸易试验区(外高桥片区)新冠疫情防控和企业复工复产中的深度应用进行了研究。经过 30 多年的开发,该园区建成大量房产及配套设施,引进各类企业客户近万家。面对突如其来的新冠疫情,园区深度应用新一代信息技术,提升新冠疫情防控能力,推进园区复工复产。园区建设了智慧园区总控中心,推进园区智慧管理和综合客户服务,通过智慧视频分析助力精准防控,通过园区电子地图助力全面防疫,通过企业优管家 APP 助力园区企业复工复产。

Research on Application of a New Generation of Information Technology in Epidemic Prevention and Control in Shanghai Free Trade Zone

Abstract: This paper studies the in-depth application of a new generation of information technologies such as Internet of Things, cloud computing, mobile internet and video analysis in the epidemic prevention and control of COVID-19 and the resumption of work and production of enterprises in China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (Waigaoqiao area). After more than 30 years of development, a large number of real estate and supporting facilities have been built in the park of Waigaoqiao, and nearly 10 thousand enterprise customers have been introduced. In the face of the sudden epidemic situation of COVID-19, the park deeply applies the new generation of information technology, improves the prevention and control ability of the epidemic situation of COVID-19, and promotes the resumption of work and production in the park. The park of Waigaoqiao has built a smart park general control center to promote smart management and comprehensive customer service in the park. It helps accurate prevention and control through smart video analysis, helps comprehensive epidemic prevention through electronic map of the park, and assists enterprises in the park to resume work and production through the enterprise excellent housekeeper APP.
