摘 要:随着社会经济的不断发展,基础设施建设的力度不断加大。在道路沥青铺设领域,物料混合技术也实现了飞速发展,在路面铺设领域该技术得到广泛应用,但在实际应用中,传统的物料混合与搅拌工艺存在着一些严重的问题和产能方面的制约。将可编程控制器(PLC)应用于工业物料的配比混合搅拌设备上,这样就可以使混合搅拌的全过程实现自动化精准控制,并且有效地提升了混合搅拌设备的工作稳定性,为混合搅拌机械顺利、高效、准确地工作奠定了基础。本次设计的物料混合搅拌控制系统是以PLC 为控制核心部件,有效结合使用变频器等附件完成物料混合搅拌系统的自动控制,能够较好地满足工程施工对混合搅拌系统提出的要求。

Application of Closed-loop Control Technology Based on PID Fuzzy Algorithms in Material Mixing

Abstract:With the development of social economy,infrastructure construction has been strengthened. In the field of road asphalt laying,the material mixing technology has also achieved rapid development. In the field of road laying,the technology has been widely used. In the practical application,the traditional material mixing and stirring process also has some serious problems and production constraints. The programmable logic controller (PLC) is applied to the mixing and stirring equipment of industrial materials. In this way,the whole process of mixing and stirring can be automatically and precisely controlled,and the working stability of the mixing and stirring equipment can be effectively improved,laying a foundation for the smooth,efficient and accurate work of the mixing and stirring machinery. This design of the material mixing control system is based on PLC as the core control components,effectively combined with the use of inverter and other accessories to complete the automatic control of the material mixing system,can better meet the requirements of the construction of the mixing system.
