​基于国产微控制器的变速箱换挡控制器 TCU 的设计

摘  要:为了推动我国 AT 行业的快速发展,自主研发新时代的汽车控制系统任重道远。而 TCU 作为现代汽车变速箱控制的核心单元,我国已经投入大量的人力财力自主创新研发,TCU 的合理设计,以及自主研发迫在眉睫。TCU 作为车辆运行过程中的核心控制系统,对于现代车辆至关重要。TCU 通常由控制 MCU、输入检测、输出控制、信号采集以及电源管理等功能电路组成。首先TCU控制器需对车辆运行中的车况数据进行分析,根据实际的车辆当前状态进行内部决策,从而使车辆保持高效、环保、节能的最佳工作状态。通过实验测试,设计能满足 AT 控制要求,同时相比传统的设计在性能、经济方面具有较大优势,也对推动我国 AT 行业发展具有重大意义。

Design of Transmission Shift Controller TCU Based on Domestic Microcontroller

Abstract:In order to promote the rapid development of AT industry in China,it is a long way to independently develop the automobile control system in the new era. As the core unit of modern automobile gearbox control,TCU has invested a lot of human and financial resources in independent innovation and R & D in China. The reasonable design and independent R & D of TCU is imminent. As the core control system of vehicle operation,TCU is very important for modern vehicles. TCU is usually composed of control MCU,input detection,output control,signal acquisition,power management and other functional circuits. First of all,TCU controller needs to analyze the data of vehicle condition during vehicle operation,and make internal decision according to the actual vehicle current state,so as to keep the vehicle in the best working state of high efficiency,environmental protection and energy saving. Through the experimental test,the design can meet the requirements of AT control. At the same time,compared with the traditional design,it has greater advantages in performance and economy. It is also of great significance to promote the development of AT industry in China.
