摘 要:文章对卷取机主要参数进行计算,并对关键部件进行建模,再对卷筒进行结构静力学分析,通过对卷筒整体进行等效应力和位移分析,找出应力集中处以及最大变形处,即容易出现裂纹和损坏的位置;接着是对卷筒的各个组件单独分析其应力和位移,了解各个组件的变形特点和薄弱环节,形成卷筒分析数据库,其为卷筒的长寿化、避免异常失效提供了数据基础,同时明确了在实际生产中应注意的这些问题。

Structure Analysis of Mandrel Assembly of 2300 Hot Rolling Coiler

Abstract:In this paper,the main parameters of the coiler are calculated,the key components are modeled,and then the structure statics of the coiler is analyzed. Through the equivalent stress and displacement analysis of the whole coiler,the stress concentration and the maximum deformation,that is,the position prone to crack and damage are found out. Then,the stress and displacement of each component of the coiler are analyzed separately to understand each component. The deformation characteristics and weak links of each component form a drum analysis database,which provides a data base for the longevity of the drum and the avoidance of abnormal failure.At the same time,it is clear that these points should be paid attention to in the actual production.
