摘 要:针对文印等行业的纸张计量问题,设计了以单片机及变介质电容式传感系统为控制核心的多功能纸张检测系统并应用于多谐振荡电路,系统首先采用了中值滤波算法对初始频率进行滤波来实现频率的粗定位,然后对中值滤波算法进行了改进,通过对频率的粗定位区间进行二次求中值并进行判断来实现频率的精准定位,同时该系统还配置了蓝牙、语音播报、自校准等功能。实验表明该系统可实时检测纸张数量且工作稳定,为纸张类材料提供了新的计量方法。

Design of Multi-functional Paper Detection System Based on Frequency Measurement and Control Technology

Abstract:In view of the paper measurement problems in the paper printing and other industries,A multi-functional paper detection system based on single chip microcomputer and variable dielectric capacitance sensor system is designed and applied to the multi harmonic oscillation circuit. The system first uses the median filter algorithm to filter the initial frequency to realize the rough positioning of frequency,and then improves the median filter algorithm. It is realized through the secondary median value of the rough positioning interval of frequency and judgment. At the same time,the system is also equipped with Bluetooth,voice broadcast,self calibration and other functions. The experimental results show that the system can detect the number of paper in real time and work stably,which provides a new measurement method for paper materials.
