摘 要:在地下电缆全寿命周期管理过程中,电缆、中间接头、终端头、通道(电缆井、排管、沟道、隧道、直埋)等设备在物资部、工程部、运维部、财务部存在着编码不统一的现象,容易造成数据共享困难、质量不高、贯通困难及应用受限等问题。而通过 RFID 技术以电子挂牌形式为上述设施赋予唯一身份标识,通过构建全寿命周期管理系统,则可以多角度、全方位地客观评价各类设备的特征、事件、评价及效能,降低维修成本,提高可靠性,切实优化地下电缆的精益化管理。

Research on Life-cycle Management System of Underground Cable Based on RFID Technology

Abstract: During the life cycle management process of underground cables, the coding of cables, intermediate joints, terminal heads, channels (cable wells, drainage pipes, channels, tunnels, direct burial) and other equipments in the material department, engineering department, operation and maintenance department and finance department is not unified, which is easy to cause problems such as difficult data sharing, low quality, difficult connection and limited application. Through RFID technology, the above facilities are given a unique identity in the form of electronic listing. By constructing a life cycle management system, the characteristics, events, evaluation and efficiency of various equipments can be objectively evaluated from multiple angles and all directions, so as to reduce maintenance costs, improve reliability, and practically optimize the lean management of underground cables.
