摘 要:为实现对测试间噪声的有效控制,文章对高温大流量气动活门测试间噪声的控制方法进行了研究。将测试间的内壁与外壁集成为传声装置,将其与信号放大器进行连接,实现对高温大流量气动活门测试间噪声的检测;使用 HS-928 高精度声强探头装置来识别声源;通过对本体结构降噪处理的方式控制测试间的低频噪声;基于测试间噪声的反射原理,实现对测试间声场噪声的控制。对比实验结果表明,该文设计的噪声控制方法,在实际应用中对噪声的控制效果更佳。

Noise Control Technology of High Temperature and Large Flow Pneumatic Valve Test Room

Abstract: In order to effectively control the noise in the test room, this paper studies the control method of the noise in the test room of the high temperature and large flow pneumatic valve. The inner wall and outer wall of the test room are integrated into a sound transmission device, which is connected with a signal amplifier to realize the detection of noise in the test room of high-temperature and large flow pneumatic valves; HS-928 high precision sound intensity probe device is used to identify the sound source; the low-frequency noise in the test room is controlled by noise reduction treatment of the body structure; based on the reflection principle of the noise in the test room, the noise in the sound field in the test room is controlled. The comparative experimental results show that the noise control method designed in this paper has a better effect on noise control in practical application.
