摘 要：大数据技术自诞生以来，凭借其强大的数据处理能力，被广泛应用于金融、交通、零售等多个领域。文章阐述了当前工程项目管理过程中数据应用存在的缺陷，深入分析大数据技术与工程项目管理之间的耦合关系，并进一步提出基于大数据技术的工程项目管理技术架构，希望能够提高工程项目管理效率，解决传统工程项目管理过程中有数据梳理不足所导致的成本超出预算、质量事故等问题。

Research on Engineering Project Management Architecture Based on Big Data Technology

Abstract: Since its birth, big data technology has been widely used in finance, transportation, retail and other fields with its powerful data processing capabilities. This paper expounds the defects of data application in the process of current engineering project management, deeply analyzes the coupling relationship between big data technology and engineering project management, and further puts forward the technical architecture of engineering project management based on big data technology, hoping to improve the efficiency of engineering project management and solve the problems of cost exceeding budget and quality accidents caused by insufficient data sorting in the process of traditional engineering project management.
